RFQ: Request For Quote

To receive a quote please provide the following information

Contact Information: Company name, name of person to contact, telephone number, fax number and email address.

Product Information: Product identification (part number, version, revision), quantity required, delivery time.

Bill of Materials (B.O.M.): List of required components including quantity, part number or value, package, manufacturer and reference designator. The B.O.M. is preferably delivered in a spreadsheet format. Here is an example of a complete B.O.M.

Gerber and/or Assembly Drawing: Drawings containing placement information and/or any special requirements of the assembly such as hardware installation, special instructions, modifications, etc...
