Cancino Technologies Corporation recognizes the importance of encouraging the involvement of young engineers in challenging and educational endeavors. With this goal in mind Cancino Technologies Corporation volunteered to assist Team iSun, McGill University's Solar Vehicle Racing Team. Cancino Technologies Corporation donated materials, PCB assembly/repair services, and assisted the team in developing cell encapsulation techniques. Team iSun plans to race in the American Solar Challenge, from Chicago to Los Angeles and in the 2003 World Solar Challenge, a race across Australia against teams from around the globe. The team will also participate in the 2002 Montreal Auto Show.
